Android beats Apple in smartphone market
Android takes the lead in the global smartphone market, with 48% of shares in the second quarter of this year.
Google’s OS shipped 107 million handsets worldwide with no doubt that a huge proportion of its shares was thanks to HTC and Samsung.
According to Canalys Apple came in second place claiming 19% of the global market share, which Chris Jones from the research firm suspects this was likely due to the delay of the fifth generation iPhone. “With the next-generation iPhone anticipated in Q3, it’s likely that Apple’s position will grow even stronger in the second half of the year.” Accesorios Para Celulares, repuestos para
